About Your Dentist

Samantha Cottingham, DMD

Warm, gentle, and compassionate, Dr. Sam takes the time to provide each patient with individualized, comprehensive dental care. As a strong proponent of conservative, preventive dentistry, her mission is to increase the health and longevity of patients’ teeth and oral tissues.

Dr. Sam received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Florida and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine from LECOM School of Dental Medicine. After 15 years in Florida, she moved to the Central Texas area and fell in love with the rolling hills, sunny skies, and friendly people.

Dr. Sam firmly believes in the value of continuing education and has taken post-doctoral courses in oral sedation, endodontics, laser dentistry, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign. In all aspects of patient care, Dr. Sam’s attention to detail and commitment to education ensures that her patients receive the highest level of care.

When not in the office, Dr. Sam enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending time with her family (both human and canine).
